Leading and Influencing: An introduction to Coaching Skills for School Leaders
Leading and Influencing: An introduction to Coaching Skills for School Leaders
Overview
Developing your leadership team’s coaching skills can have a significant impact on your school improvement journey, whilst at the same time improving staff wellbeing. Skillful school leaders use coaching to delegate effectively and empower others, building capacity in those around them instead of deskilling and taking on the burdens of other staff. Coaching can make a big difference to both leadership and classroom practice.
